Alexis Stamatis is a man of many talents. Born in Athens he studied architecture there later backed up by postgraduate degrees in architecture and cinematography in London. More recently he has worked as a columnist focusing on social and cultural issues. However he is also an accomplished novelist and poet. He is one of the leading Greek Writers of his generation.
