Epic to Epigram: Anthology of Classical Verse

This new anthology of Greek and Latin verse is designed for the non-classist, for whom the classical poets have until now been a closed book. 

Sections include works from Homer, The Greek Anthology, Lucretius, Horace , Catullus, Ovid, Martial and Juvenal, and each section ifs prefaced y a short introduction giving useful background details on the lives of the poets and the historical context of their works.
