Grivas: Portrait of a Terrorist - Dudley Barker

One of the most baffling figures of recent times is George Grivas, the retired Greek Army officer who led the EOKA campaign of violence on the island of occupied Cyprus. For four years he eluded capture by strong forces of British troops and police. What sort of man is he? How did he do it? To find the answers to these questions, Dudley Barker, a skilled reporter, went to Athens and Cyprus and interviewed scores of people who possessed special knowledge of Grivas or his comrades.
