The Dyskolos Of Menander

Critics in ancient and modern times have praised Menander highly as a writer of comedy; but for centuries he was a lost author, known from Latin versions of his plays by Plautus and Terence, and from short excerpts and quotations in Greek. 

In 1950 a copy of Dyskolos was discovered and published. This book presents a new critical text, restored for continuous reading.
