The Harmony of Aeschylus E. T. Owen

The Harmony of Aeschylus, completed just before his death, Mr. Owen embarks upon a similar plan for another series of masterpieces. He turns the lucidity and logic that so distinguished The Story of the Iliad upon the plays of Aeschylus.  By examining the text of the plays in the order in which they are believed to have been written, the author is able to show the harmony, design, and purpose which runs, clearly marked, through all of them.
